ParadigmIT is committed to protecting the personal data captured by our products and processes, and we respect the data privacy rights of all those who use our services. This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) explains how we collect, use, disclose and safeguard any personal information that you provide, and also what your rights are in this regard. This Policy applies to ParadigmIT and all its wholly owned subsidiaries (herein together referred to as “ParadigmIT” or “we”). For the purpose of this Policy, any reference to “services” or “products” is a reference to all the products and services offered by ParadigmIT.
By using our sites or our services, or otherwise providing information to us, you agree that your personal information will be handled as stated in this Policy. Please note that your access to and use of our sites or our services is conditioned by your acceptance of and compliance with this Policy. If you disagree with any of the terms, then you should discontinue access or use of our sites or services. Your continued access or use of our sites or services constitutes your consent and agreement to be bound by this Policy.
We ask for only the least amount of information necessary, gathering only what we believe is essential for carrying out our business. You are under no obligation to provide us with personal information of any kind, however your refusal to do so may prevent you from using some of our services.

ParadigmIT collects data from you when you: (a) create an account with us; (b) interact with us; (c) interact with and experience our products; (d) opt to receive marketing from us or subscribe to us; (e) contact us or our customer support service; and (f) have publicly available information.
When registering with us, you may provide some of data directly such as your name, email, mailing address, phone number or payment information. Further, when you visit our website or use our product, we automatically collect some basic information like the navigation, features and settings you use. This information is useful to provide better user experience.
If you are from the European Economic Area and you believe that we store, use or process your personal information on behalf of one of our customers, please contact the customer if you would like to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to processing, or export your personal data. ParadigmIT will support our customers in responding to your request within a reasonable timeframe.
We use your information to provide you with specific services. We will create and maintain a user account so that you can securely access our products and services, and so that we can provide you with a personalized user experience. We may also use this information to send you push notifications regarding your account or the services we provide to you.

We will only collect and process personal information where we have a clear legal basis to do so. In most cases, we will use a consent form so that you can explicitly confirm how we can use your personal data. When this is not possible then we will only store and process personal information when there is a clear legal basis to do this

Withdrawal of Consent: Where we rely on your consent as the legal basis, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. In this case we request you to send an email to the DPO in order to withdraw your consent. The DPO will ensure that your request is processed appropriately and will update you when this has been completed.
What are Your Rights: If you are in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have the following rights as regards the personal information that ParadigmIT holds about you:
Right to access: You have the right to access and obtain a copy of the personal information that we hold about you, including the source, purpose and period of processing, and whom the information has been shared with.
Right to rectification: You have the right to update your personal information or to rectify any inaccuracies.
Right to erasure: You have the right to request that we delete your personal information when it is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was originally collected, provided that we have no overriding legitimate grounds to use it.
Right to restriction of processing: You may also have the right to request to restrict the use of your information in certain circumstances, such as when you have objected to our use of your data but we need to verify whether we have overriding legitimate grounds to use it.
Right to data portability: You have the right to transfer your information to a third party in a structured, and machine-readable format, in circumstances where the information is processed with your consent or by automated means.
Right to object: You have the right to object to the use of your information in certain circumstances, such as the use of your personal information for direct marketing.
Right to complain: You have the right to complain to the appropriate supervisory authority if you have any grievance against the way we collect, use or share your information. This right may not be available if there is no supervisory authority in your country.
We retain your personal information for as long as it is required for the purposes stated in this Policy. Sometimes we may retain your information for longer periods as per the required law, contractual agreements or to comply with any legal obligations. When we no longer have a legitimate need to process your information, we will delete or anonymize any personal information stored in our records.
Once you terminate your user account, your data will be deleted from the active database during the next bi-annual clean-up. The data that has been deleted from active database will be deleted from backups after 3 months.
If you are a Data Controller who uses ParadigmIT’s products and services to manage personal information about citizens, vendors or employees, then you are entrusting that data to ParadigmIT for processing. The data that you share with ParadigmIT for processing is termed Service Data. You own the services, and ParadigmIT will process the data as per your requirements. We process and safeguard the data as per your specifications.
We hold the data in your account as long as you choose to use ParadigmIT services. After you terminate your account, your data will be deleted from the active data base after 6 months unless stated and agreed with the customer in the contract.
If you are in the European Economic Area and you believe that someone has entrusted your information to us for processing (for instance, your employer or a company whose services you use), you can request certain actions from us regarding your data. To exercise those data rights, please contact the person or company that entrusted the data to us and we will work with them on your request.
We may share your information with other ParadigmIT group affiliates, in which case we will require those affiliates to honor this Policy. Affiliates include our parent company and any subsidiaries, joint venture partners or other companies that we control or that are under common control with us.
ParadigmIT has adopted industry standard measures to ensure that personal data is secure and confidential. ParadigmIT is certified for the international ISO 27001:2013 standard for information security management systems. We have rigorous processes and security measures to prevent unauthorized access, use, modification, disclosure or destruction of your personal information. You agree and acknowledge that while we endeavor to always protect our systems, sites, operations and information against unauthorized access, use, modification and disclosure, due to the inherent nature of the internet as an open global communications vehicle and other risk factors, we cannot guarantee that any information, during transmission or while stored on our systems, will be absolutely safe from intrusion by others. Accordingly, you absolve us from all liability resulting from such intrusions.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your online account credentials, and we strongly recommend that you do not disclose your online account username or password to anyone. We will never ask you for your password in any unsolicited communication.
Our site may show links to websites operated by third parties. This Policy does not apply to such other websites and we recommend that you review the privacy policy of such other websites. You agree and acknowledge that ParadigmIT is in no way whatsoever liable for such third-party websites.

Our products and services are not directed to individuals under 16. ParadigmIT does not knowingly collect personal information from children who are under 16 years of age.
We share your personal information and Service Data within the ParadigmIT group. By accessing or using our products and services or otherwise providing personal information or Service Data to us, you consent to the processing, transfer, and storage of your personal information or Service Data within the United States of America, the European Economic Area (EEA) and other countries where ParadigmIT operates. Such transfer is subject to a group company agreement that is based on the EU Commission’s Model Contractual Clauses.
We have appointed a Data Protection Officer to oversee the compliance and effectiveness of this Policy. The DPO is independent of hierarchical reporting and works towards compliance with national and international data protection regulations. We may modify this Policy at any time and the updated Policy will be posted to this site. The changes shall be effective immediately upon posting so we request you to review this Policy periodically. Your continued use of our sites and services following the posting of the changes will mean that you accept and agree to the revisions.
